Postage and packaging is free! We now receive payment by card both over the phone and through our website. Even if you're not sure you want to buy you can use our shopping cart to put your package together and get a total cost. VAT will be added in the final stages.
We request payment by cheque or BACS on receipt of the product and invoice. To pay with your credit card online we use Palpal. This is a simple process. When ordering products for operation with your existing call system, we ask that you send an example of your press button and plug to ensure compatibility.
Items may be VAT exempt if the order is accompanied by a signed declaration stating that it is exclusively for the use of a named disabled user.
